The villa "lower Frauenstein", magnificently situated by the lake, was built in 1850. The building is maintained both inside and outside in the original state. The sandstone parts were rigidified and slightly modelled up. The roof was uncovered and completed with heat insulation. The structural issues have been solved so that after completion of the work, the filigree roof proportions remained. To preserve the appearance of the also very finely articulated windows, the existing windows were supplemented with a double on the outside. So it was possible not only to preserve the substance but also to keep the inner appearance completely.
