Located in the residential district of Zug the manor house from the 19th century is classified as an historical monument. The long vacant residential building is newly used thanks to the sale to the Ernst Göhner foundation as an office and administrative building. The considerable damages of the representative interior have been carefully renovated and skilfully adapted to the new needs of office space. Also an elevator was installed and the gardens landscaped to an appropriate style.
